    glute or delts???

    which do u guys prefer j/w cuz i was thinking of taking delt shots but ive heard that ull break out worse if u do delt shots cuz of the location the oils going into rather than taking a glute shot if someone could help me out that would be great thanks

    The location you inject won't have anything to do with acne.

    I prefer glutes. Less painful IMO.

    see thats the thing everyone ive talked to has said delts are less pain but i think glutes arnt that bad pain wise

    They are both just as easy to me as long as I go in slow and straight.
