300mg/week Test E -8, 10, or 12 weeks? (first timer)

Before I start, I know I will get at least 5 replies stating to run at least 500mg/week. I have done some research, and this is the dose that I would like to go with for my first cycle.

I have everything ready to go finally.

I have enough to run 300/mg for 8, 10, or 12. What are your thoughts for a first cycle? I will most likely also be running Winstrol halfway through the cycle and end 2 weeks after the last shot, right before PCT

I have heard first time users get great results from 250-350mg/week and would just like to see how my body reacts to it before I take a bigger plunge.

Start the EQ from week 1, and run it for a minimum of 12 weeks. Since it would be your first time, 300mg a week should be adequate.

for first cycle just stick with the test and winny.. dont add EQ

forget winstrol, don t take eq - test 500mg/week for 12 weeks is enough for u as a first timer.

Why winstrol? That stuff presents almost no mass gain, creates joint pains in a lot of users, is terrible for your lipid profile, (this guy is just trying to ease in...) not to mention terrible on the hair line...

Go for 10-12 weeks, 300-500mg is fine.

A big reason I am using it is for performance gains. Right about the time I will be doing some testing is when the Winstrol would be appropiate to cycle in. I have heard from many that winstrol is great for endurance.

I would like to pack on some mass (not look like a water bloated monster) and end up with some decent cuts and quality/hard muscle.

The hairline issue does concern me a bit. If I decide to throw the winstrol in I will most likely also be using at least the nizoral shampoo

So basically what you're saying is that you want to bulk and end up lean and cut? You can't have all at once. I think you have to be more patient. Steroids are not miracle drug! It's a suplement like anything else.

Therefor what you should do is to look at the diet instead of adding different compounds to your first cycle and try to gain as much muscle with less fat as possible. You might think it's boring to look at the diet? I do...but I realize it's the only right thing to do.. I train naturally now, gaind a lot of fat on my stomach even though I only eat quality food. Never did cardio.

Again:
- Diet (count calls, prot, fat)
- Cardio (30-45 min three times a week at a sertain heart rate)
- Nolvadex also help on the bloat
