    What Is Safe Dose 4 Dbol??

    im gonna start dbol for 4/5 weeks.
    what would be a safe dose for a first time user??
    ive been told 20mg spread out the day.
    also proviron 2 tabs a day.

    run some test with the dbol , dbol only cycles r pointless. ex: test e or cyp 400-500mg/week for 10 weeks, dbol 30mg/day for the 1st 4 weeks.

    do a search on dbol only cycles and u will c why they arent a good idea

    I run it at 50mg per day with 800mg of Test E (400mg twice a week). But then again you dont want to be huge like me....happpy growing...
