When did u notice???

I was curious for all the multi- cycle guys out there, when did u start to notice your gains going down! If so what cycle was it for 2,3,4,5 etc and when did u decide to kick your doses up?

First one is always the best then it kinda goes downhill from there unles you add more subtances or up dosage.
