Is it ok to take my ECA stack and 10g of glutamine before my morning cardio session. I'm trying to burn fat for fuel, will the ECA or glutamine act as "fuel" instead of fat storage.
Also, Im keeping my heart rate at 135-140 BPM (I'm 21, so max is 200). And is doing this 6 times a week overkill?
