Quick Cardio Question
Is it ok to take my ECA stack and 10g of glutamine before my morning cardio session. I'm trying to burn fat for fuel, will the ECA or glutamine act as "fuel" instead of fat storage.
Also, Im keeping my heart rate at 135-140 BPM (I'm 21, so max is 200). And is doing this 6 times a week overkill?
6'3, 229lbs, 11-12% BF

I think it s too much. diet is the key. 3x 45 minutes should be enough. r u using any aas?

bro if i were you i will try to do some fat loss after your pct. less likehood of muscle loss.
