ordering ques

hey any of you ever come cross 'somewhere'
that when you place an order, they say it'll be sent within say 2-5 days ,
but do not ask for payment,
they want you to wire or another form after you get the product.
i recently came cross it, wasn't sure if this is unusual. . .
sounds good to me, but just don't know if i should get the hopes up.

they want u to pay after u get the gear??? i wouldn't worry about sending the payment after receiving the payments, cause i'm sure the FBI will be delivering the gear themselves and u can pay them in person. lol.
