    Best Protein for size Isolate or blend of isolate and conc

    what do you guys think is the best for size

    If your a hardgainer dont worry about what kind of protein you are taking, just eat it all. Isolate is meant for PWO, as it is fast acting and absorbed quickly into the muscles. Concentrate is delivered more slowly into the muscle, thus giving your muscle something to feed off of for a little while. There is no such thing as one type of protien getting you bigger than another type.

    Exactly right. I think that just about covers it. Oh, and obviously the blend costs way less than pure isolate, so I use the isolate strictly PWO. (Not saying there aren't other good times to use it, though).
