Mixing powder with protien powder

I know the only proper way to mix up steroid powders with other fillers is to use a pestle and mortar. But would it be possible to measure out some protien powder and use that as a filler? I have 10lbs and I've done the measurements to get it to about 20mg of dbol per scoop. What would be the best way to add it in there? put it thru a siv bit by bit and shake the tub around before putting more in? I dont want to sit here capping all my orals :X

Ermph, I'm not sure you understood.

I'm trying to avoid capping it. I just want to take my powder and mix it into my tub of protien powder. Then If I take 1 1/2 scoops it'll be like taking 40mg of dbol . The only problem is i want to have it be mixed in well so I get an even amount every day.

Should I add it in with a siv and then close the top and shake the tub around for a few minutes? or what is the best method to get an even mix?

Man, you'd have to put it in a cement tumbler to mix that much! Not a good idea IMO.

Dont do it... quit being lazy and cap it my friend... there isn't a better way otherwise everyone would be doing it.

Buy a capping machine....its easy and conveinent. You can fill 24 caps in 2 minutes.
