    How Much Cardio While On Gear?

    Started a test e ...deca ...d-bol cycle last week. How much cardio if any should I be doing?

    Depends on your goals.

    Bulker...minimal cardio.
    Tryin' to lean down a bit...cardio 4-5Xs/wk.

    I want to bulk but do it as lean as possible

    Then i think 3 times a week, in the morning, on an empty stomach, would be the maximum

    You could try low intensity cardio at no more that 20-25min.
