    Start cycle while im sick or not

    Hey just wondered if I should start my cycle while i just got sick. what do you guys think. Im extremely impatient and wanna start monday.

    Wait until you're fully healthy so your body is ready to grow and you can eat properly. Also, you do not want to risk being dehydrated or the sickness getting worse.

    It's a no-brainer.

    Wait Bro. I wouldn't want to take juice unless I was at 100%. Plus if you get test flu on top of influenza, you're not gonna be in the gym.

    Rest up, take mega vitamin C, and drink alot of water. If you over do it, you could end up really sick - unable to workout for weeks. If you take it easy now, your minor cold should be over in a few days (and you will be good to go the following Monday).

    do not start until ur 100 percent. i mean thats common sense. u want to be able to eat tons, workout hard and sleep!
