    cardio when on gear

    I"m starting a cutting cycle in a couple of weeks:

    Test - e
    Winny
    Nolva
    Femera

    I used to do MAX-OT Cardio wich is higher intensity that HIT cardio.

    Being that gear raises BP should i just do a brisk cycle on a one of the bikes in the gym say 3-4 times a week for 20 mins a session?

    Sorry, I didn't actually understand your question but anyhow...you should do cardio for at least 30-45 mins. You will not burn fat the first 20 min, so 30 min will give you 10 mins effective cardio, if you know what I mean.

    What i meant was should i keep doing high Intensity cardio while on gear?
    As a natural BB i would do 16 mins of max-ot cardio and belive me its higher intensity than anything else.

    But as i will be useing gear and my BP will go up doing such high intensity could be dangerous.
    So what pace and amount of time would be the best?

    I just watch myself i think it depends on the person cuase i have really H.B. P when on so I have to be very careful. Just watch yourself and u should be fine!

    In my experience the biggest problem isn't BP it's the wacked lipids. Believe it or not you depend on your liver a lot when doing cardio, esp heavy cardio, to convert lactic acid back to glucose. I've done three cycles and the second, which was prop & Var, the var really put crimp in my cardio capacity. I took months to fully recover. I'm on test E only now and after 10 weeks it's nothing near as bad as the Var was -almost no decrease in cardio capacity at all.

    What I'm reading now is that heavy cardio and building muscle don't happen at the same time -so it's a good idea to keep up the cardio but take it easy IMO.

    By the way, anyone who does gear should buy a BP monitor and monitor yourself REGULARLY during your cycle. It's only like 80 buck and can save your liver and kidneys if not your life.

    You should be fine as long as you monitor yourself. I wouldn't use test e in a cutter try prop much less bloat with the shorter esters regardless of what other people say.

    i'm looking for a decent one that will give me correct readings.
    Unlike some of the cheaper ones iv'e seen.

    Thx for the advice.

    I think I will just start of slower than usual on the cardio and work it up slowly.

    yeah i really do think the long esters bloat, from personal experience although there could be more to my bloating including estrogen or progesterone from tren , etc.

    I wont be able to get enough pins or syringes for ed or even eod injections bro,
    besides from what iv'e read all testosterone esters act the same in way of fat or water retention but with prop it will not only take longer but won't be as noticable due to blood levals not reaching the same hight as with longer acting esters.

    test -E will be fine and the nolva and femera should prevent bloat.
