    cycle advice for a new member

    whats up guys glad to be here my stats are 205lbs 5,8' 16% b/f 4 cycles in 4 years training for 16 years on/off. my goals for this cycle are very lean mass and fatburning all advice welcome

    frontload EQ for 4 weeks @ 120mg eod, letro .25 ed,(3 weeks clen /keto ed)
    weeks 1-10 eq 120mg eod
    weeks 1-12 prop 60mg ed
    weeks 1-12 npp 60mg ed
    weeks 7-12 masteron 60mg ed
    weeks 3-12 anavar 50mg ed
    weeks 7-12 winny 50mg ed
    weeks 3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17 clen/keto dose will range
    weeks 1-12 letrozole .25 ed
    weeks 1-17 b-6 200mg ed
    weeks 13-17 nolva @ 10mg ed
    weeks 13-16 clomid @ 50-100mg ed
    weeks 1-17 proscar 1mg ed
    i know ppl. will say not to stack winny and var becuz they are both 17aa but they are both very light and work well together considering that ppl take 100-150mg drol ed
    so what do you think im frontloading eq to complete 14 weeks and so pct lines up

    You sound like juiceinthehood... It looks well planned. Why not just take prop/tren /anavar and add some t3 in there and use clen with your pct? More simple yet effective.

    dont like tren used it hate the sides whats juiceinthehood
    i was thinking of using t-3 but i did not like what i read about
    the clen works wonders for me i once lost 7% b/f in 4 weeks using it as well as doing cardio

    7%??? were you like 32% starting or something. That sounds like a hell of alot of fat in 4 weeks. What I am now interested in is clen cycle how you run it and what your diet was and how much cardio, cause I am on the 4 week lushlife plan!

    i ran a straight 4 weeks cycle @ 60mcg ed this was a couple of years ago
    i did cardio everyday for 30 minutes my diet was strict mainly steamed and baked foods low carbs high protein lots of fish and eggs brown rice steamed chicken,beef,pork basically food with no flavor but also very low fat and lots and lots of water i was very dedicated to burning fat i was doing cycles but not happy with the results until i stripped all that excess fat.

    hey this is like the cycle i posted thief thief!!
    i used primo instead of eq and no winny
    but i like it looks good to me
