Aight guys ive been on eq/stanazol/prop just finished my cycle and during the 1st month ive been on a strict diet .. then the second month ive been eating like a cow and ive got massive results even though it was cuttin cycle.. lean muscle gains BUT my 6 pack is gone bit bloated ignored that cuz i wanna gain as much as i can.. now i finished so whats the best way to cut bodyfat without loosin muscle.. amino acid / l glutamin should help and should i take them before my morning cardio or after? ALso i wanna cut down on food so letsay i have 4 meals tuna meals will all protein diet help me loose fat and not loose muscle?
