    Im 5'6 180lbs bf 14%
    First cycle in about a year,36 yrs old

    wk1-4 adrol 75 ed
    wk1-11 deca 300mg ew
    wk1-12 test e 500mg ew
    pct clomid 14days after last test shot
    day 1 300mg
    day 2-11 100mg
    day 12-21 50mg

    looks good to go. but if you can try to shoot the test and deca 2 times a week

    cycle looks good. i would do twice a week shots.(like gsxxer says)
    also i would consider frontloading
    When will my "GEAR" kick in & frontloading explained...NOW READ IT!

    do you have any nolva, l-dex, or letro for anti-e's?

    you will need to get the nolv and also b-6 so said and done that is what it will look like

    wk1-pct nolv 10 mg ed
    wk1-11 b-6 200mg ed
    pct clomid 14days after last test shot
    day 1 300mg
    day 2-11 100mg
    day 12-21 50mg
