My 4th Cycle

This will be my 4th cycle (not counting some small PH cycles).

Goals: to lean out and increase lean mass, I would be happy with ending up at 275-280 @ 12%

Stats:

6'3
280lbs
Around 15%

Few measurements:

arms 21 inch
chest 54 inch
waist 37 inch

This will be a relatively short cycle (10 Weeks) and will be the first time I have run UG gear, I have only run human grade for my previous cycles (exception of EQ, tren and var). All gear is made by Propharm (UGL) with the exception of the GH which is Jintropin.

Week 1-10----Prop 100mg ED
Week 1-8----Tren Acetate 75mg ED
Week 6-10----Stan 50mg caps ED

Jintropin 3.5ius 6/1 split (been running the growth for 2 months already to increase IGF-1 levels)

50mgs MDHT (methyl-rage) 45 min pre workout when needed

Femara 1.25mg ED (very sensitive to gyno)
Nolva on hand

Followed by a 4 week typical PCT

Will be eating clean, this is the most important part because I can gain weight very easily. I will be training 5 days a week.

I think thats it, I'm sure if I miss anything you guys will point it out :wg:

Excellent goal, good lookin cycle.

Nice to see someone down to earth about their 4th cycle, not runnin 250mg of every AS to man on earth ED.

The clean part is whats hard :D , I am a machine when it comes to eating. But I will keep it clean.

Well its about 6 days in and I feel terrible....

non stop tren headaches and have been feeling lethargic as well....I am attributing most of this to the tren....

I have been drinking 2 gallons of water a day, I'm hoping as I keep progressing forward these sides will die down....or so I hope.

Yo bro, I'm wondering what a 6'3" 280lbs 12% bf looks like. Got any pics? I'm 6'2" and I was wondering what I would look like at that weight/bf %.

Well 12% is my goal BF percentage, I am currently at 15%.....In my avatar I am 270 @ 14-15%......But that was 2 cycles agoi :D .....I am going to give myself a few weeks on this cycle and then I will post pics for sure.

I'd run the tren all ten weeks, people short change themselves with anything lower than that. The added two weeks wont kill you, but the gains will be greater.

are you taking extra potassium? i have gotten headaces, but they came with cramps. as soon as i started taking potassium pills, they went away.

Thanks, good point especially since I dont run more than 2 cycles a year.

Looks good I would run the tren for the full 10 weeks as well. Also femara is a very potent ant-e. I think you would easily get by at 1.25mg EOD.

be careful with stam bro, but my old roomate ran stan and he lost a lot of hair, he looks like dick vitale now, and he is 26

I know from experience that I must run 1.25 ED....but thanks for the heads up/

Fortunately, I found then while taking GH I am much less susceptible to hair loss....not to mention I have thick hair.

But I also am using Nizoral 2% just in case.

Update: Its been about 3 weeks, down 5lbs and I look substanially larger, def a substanial increase in lean muscle mass.....lost a great amount of fat and my physique is really hardening up. I am shocked about the amount of fatloss I have experienced considering I havent been doing cardio and have not been in the gym as much as I would liked due to my schedule. Needless to say I am very pleased and am getting better than desired results considering how early on it is. I can't wait to start the winny :). I will update again in a few weeks.

Ok, im about 6 weeks in and cannot be happier with my results, I have lost amazing amounts of fat (attributing this to the GH and tren), considering I have not been in the gym as much as I would like (crazy schedule lately) and my diet has been far from perfect. I am about 274lbs now at a solid 12% BF. Muscle size and appearance have dif increased and I feel great. Everyone comments that I look like I gained wieght, but am actually down 10 lbs, composition has def changed. I have picked up some anavar that I plan on finishing my cycle with, haven't quite decided exactly how I will incorporate it, but I still have a few weeks to decide.

Either way, couldn't be happier.
