Absolutly you will see results as long as diet and training are in check. Being new to AAS I would not recomend doing winny only as your first cycle though. I would recomend a long estered test and if you wanted to add winny to it that would work well. What is your age and training experiance?

It really depends. If you already have low body fat and you're pretty lean... then yes, you'd see results. I dont know if they'd be the results you're looking for though.

500mg test-e for about 10 weeks
i ran winny in my first cycle and it wasnt what i expected
although it did make my muscles very hard

I would recommend winny as a first choice, but if your diet is in check and you work out hard you'll get good results. Try this instead: TEST ENANTHATE 500mg wk, EQ 500mg wk, you'll get a lot better rusults
Why are you lifting? To get big, cut, size and shape? Use some test and get the best of both worlds.
im 6'2 about 180. ive been training hard for about a year and a half and im 19. im not lookin to put on a bunch of mass i just want to be a bit more define, thats why i was thinking winstrol would be my best bet.
I got pretty lean on a winny only cycle some years back. I was also taking clen though. So maybe that helped me lean up. I think you should try it, if you don't notice anything by the 4th week throw in some test prop.
