first cycle question

tell me if this sounds good for my first cycle.
week 1-10 500mg sust.
week 1-10 400mg deca

age 19 weight 222 workin out for like almost 3 years

Wait another couple of years....... and 222 lbs at what bodyfat??

I agree 19 is still a little young, but if you have the gear and are waiting with
the needel in hand, I would do 12 weeks test and 10 deca . to get the pct times to line up test should be run longer. again I would wait, but I cant stop ya

Since sustanon has the deconate ester in it, they would be run an equal length of time. But i agree, wait a couple years.

yeah everyone keeps sayin i should i should wait, but i already got it. but how does the doses sound. take 250 sust. on monday and fri. and 200mg deca tues. sat.

Sustanon needs to be shot every other day. Because they're in amps, you would need to preload needles for the week with the dosages to get to 500mg so you can shoot it every other day. Deca you can do twice a week.

Honestly though, when does it expire? I'd hold on to it for a bit longer.

Great point. If you would of done your research, you would of gotten Test enan or Cyp. Those type of tests have a longer acting ester which means you can get away with shooting once or twice a week. But to keep your blood levels consistent, you have to shoot Sust EOD!!!!! (Sust in defiinitely not for a newbie if you hate needles)

BTW, you are still a bit to young. Be careful, you can close your growth plates if you haven't stopped growing...

No flame bro, but just because you have some, doesn't mean you have to take it right away......Did you purchase any of your PCT??? You are going to need it especially while taking Deca ...

yeah i know i dont have to take it right away. but i really got my mind set to it. i dont really care about the needles. but i def have to take it eod? im 6'2 so im not worried about growin anymore. i didnt get pct's yet what should i get. clomid and nolvadex
