    A short article on Water (it's not about drinking it).

    I did this once, but I used a hot tub and alternated with cold shower. I wander if cold shower and a sauna would work?

    I think it would...the alternating temperatures would constrict and diliate your blood vessels and help stimulate the nervous system to increase recovery and remove waste (lactic acid, etc...) from the blood stream.
