Lots of weight?!?!
Currently what I am taking:
30mg D-bol/day
500mg Test e 250/week
200mg Deca 300/week
Got off D-bol about a week ago and have about a week fo Test E and Deca left. My question is that I have gone from 174lbs to 196lbs is about a month, problem it seems to me that I am getting alot of weight in my stomach area. Is this mostly water? :unsure: Or is my diet wrong? :unsure:
Also it looks like I am already losing my gains since I got off the D-bol, is this normal of should I be eatting more? I just dont want to start looking fat!

My diet is as follows:
Morning:
Protein shake with Whey
Lean body meal replacement bar
Snack:
can of tuna
Lunch:
Chicken Breast or Flank Steak
Snack:
Myoplex Original Ready to drink Shake 43g Protein
Dinner:
Chicken Breast Flank Steak
Big Salad
Protein Shake
Consume about 300-400 g protein a day
1gal.-2gal. per day
Wish i could break it down more but its hard to keep it more precise than that while attending school and work

diet looks good. probably just holding water.

diet looks like low calorie diet, how could u gain anything on this diet? well then it ll be the estrogen side effects of deca and d-bol, causing water retention and built up.

that diet sucks imo..not enough real food...no EFA's, meals should be pro/fat or pro/carb, not just protein.

That diet doesn't look anywhere near 400 grams of protein.
