I have both russian and thai dbols witch one should i take? and how will i take it ? im thinking about taking 25-30gm/day. how should i take it, 1tab 5-6times a day or 2tabs 3times a day??

but seriously...it doesn't matter which one u take, they're both good.

week 1-12 400mg/week deca
week 4-12 100mg trebolone e3d

Personally, I'd go with 2 tabs 3 times a day.....Just one minor note too -- I'd stop your deca at week 10....that will set you up much better to start your pct....

2 tabs 3 times aday. 2am 2 noon 2 4:00pm. Not close to bed time, you wont sleep.

also, run the test 2 weeks longer then the deca.
that will make pct start times line up and make
recovery much better

split the d-bol into 3 times a day and defo drop the deca at week 10, other than that looks fine

Just curious, why are you switching from enan to cyp in the middle of your cycle?

yes they are 5mg. I have heard its good to run first one test then switch to an other test, that the effect warns off a little when you been on it and switching would prevent that.. i dont know if its true but i thought ill give it a try

why i asked is that i saw on an other thread one guy saying its a diffrence between some dbols quality. I wanted the best sort for me

Personally I think Naps are the best d-bol out there, but that just my opinion. Cut the deca back a couple of wks to line up for proper pct. Also go with 75mg ED on the tren acetate. I would like to know if that works well for you running the two different kinds of test, I thought about doing that, but I don't have enough test cypionate .
