First Cycle Planning, Pls Critique :)
Hey guys, quick background...
July I was 125 and getting tired of it so began to bulk, August 135, November 140, after taking it a little more seriously and getting info from a lot of great people here, reached 150 in december. Started eating everything in sight and by mid december i was 155 with a belly and losing my abs, fixed a few things and now reached 160 and bellies gone, abs are back w/ slight lovehandles remaining, maybe 12%, and water from the creatine.
I was considering ph but said @#$@ it. Im going to continue my natural bulking until exams are over , and by mid may or so, planning on starting a cycle.
Heres how I want it to look:
Cycle:
weeks 1-4: Dbol at 25g a day
weeks 1-12: Test Enanthate at 500mg/week
weeks 1-12: nolva at 10mg/day
(continute nolva at 10mg/day for 2 weeks leading up to pct)
PCT (started 14 days after last injection):
-Nolva at 20mg/day for the 3 weeks
-Clomid, days:
1- 300mg
2-11 100mg
12-21 50mg
Supps/Other:
-Tons of Whey
-Liver - milk thistle
-Blood pressure - hawkthorne berry extract
-Acne - various neutrogena cleansing products and frequent cleansing
-Hair Loss - xandrox 5% (minoxidil w/ azelaic acid, to maintain 365 days a year), spironolactone (basically topical form of propecia for enhanced dht inhibition)
Diet:
LeanMeOut sticky almost to a "T", slight variations but maintain 8 meals a day and 3000+ cals
Training:
Traditional 3-day split has worked the best for me, while "on" I think I'll split legs and shoulders and have the 4 day split, chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders, legs. Focus on core exercises with 6-10 sets pery body part, heavy weight with slow movement.
Objectives:
Maintaining a weight of 180 and losing a little body fat, after pct and loss of water retention, with minimal side effects.
Questions:
Is the Nolva run during period between last injection and pct a problem?
Should I up the Nova?
How does it look?
