    hows this look?

    I decided to go with simplicity.

    500mg of test E one time a week for 10 weeks.

    then of course PCT, Nolva/ Clomid and what not.

    My LAST question for today I promise. Can I get the same gains off of 300-400 mg of test a week, as I could get off of 500? This is my first cycle.

    If it makes a difference at all.
    Im 6' 4" 240ISH

    (like to be 255 by the end )

    Is this your first cycle? But to answer your question, the more hormones in your body the better results! If this is your first cycle 300-400mg per week would hinder good results. If I were you and I was going to do my first cycle i would do atleast 400mg per wk. Good luck with your cycle.

    just go with 500mg its a moderate dose
    gains depend on dieet/training

    Agree, run 500mg/week, split up in 2 shots on mon, thurs. and Nolva 10mg/ED

    Why not make that 500mg TestE a 250mg inject every 3 1/2 days....blood levels will be more consistent?

    yea this is my first cycle. And do I have to split it up to twice a week? Im kind of a bitch about needles plus I only have 10 of them. Also my main lift days are monday through friday.

    With your height and weight you could go with 500mg/wk easy. Should be able to gain at least 15lbs. with the right diet, exercise, and rest.

    As a first timer, you will see results with only 400mg/wk. I wouldn't go much lower than that being 240lbs.

    I would also split the 400 or 500mg (whichever you decide to run) into two injections per week.

    Yyou need to get some more pins, and if you split it up your blood levels remain more consistant. get over the needle it's nothin

    yes most bro's will say do 2 shots a week. There nothing bro, don't worry about it. It gets to become a bitch when they are everyday shots.

    If your using test enan you can split the dose up and inject 250mg on mon and 250mg on thurs. Piece of cake bro.

    yes you do need to split them up to keep blood levels right. If your test is 250mg i would go with 500/wk. but if you have some 200mg, you could go 400mg/wk. with good results. It doesn't matter what days you lift on, the gear stays active in your body everyday. You are not building muscle when you train you build on recovery.

    I would suggest twice a week as well. Pick up some more pins if you have to. Youll be kinda scared at first but before you know it (once you begin to gain) you'll get exited on shot days. It keeps your blood levels more consistent. Good luck!

    thanks guys. Yea ill probly do 2 times a week now that I think about it. I have to drive down to mexico this weekend anyway to get the test so Ill just grab some needles while im there, dont see why they wouldnt have any.

    Im pretty blessed when it comes to lifting and im already pretty cut, but I definately want/need more mass. This is for football and I play D end in D-1 college. Im going to have to be way thicker if I want to see the field in the fall. Cutting can always come later I suppose.
