Clomid/Nolvadex Therapy

Hey guys,
I got my next cycle ready
1-10 T200 400mg/wk
1-8 QV Deca300 300mg/wk

-simple little stack...my question lies with post cycle therapy ....my local source says "clomid and nolvadex are from the 80's"...Im going to hold off on the cycle until I can find these two products---mainly because of the importance that this board puts on having them!--thanks....so here's my question....I understand the dosages of clomid, I will need 30pills--enough to do 300-100-50...but the nolvadex is where im concerned!?!?! If I start to see symptoms--gyno, start the nolva immediately...at what dosage? and for how long do I continue on it? Some say stop when the symptoms go away, some say stay on it the rest of the cycle..which way should I go....or would all my problems be solved if I went to arimidex eod instead of clomid and nolva? Thanks in advance.

36 pills of clomid. Day 1 = 300mg = 6 pills; next ten days = 100mg per day = 20 pills; next 10 days = 50mg per day = 10 pills.

40mg ed of nolva until the syptoms go away. 20mg thereafter through end of cycle. Usually, nolva comes in 20mg pills but I've seen it in 25mg too.

How many cycles have you done? You shouldn't see sides at those doses unless this is your first. This is my second cycle and I'm at that dose. No sides, very little water retention. My only regret is not doing dbol with the cycle. I'm running the deca for 10 weeks.

this will be my first cycle--poppin the cherry!...I have heard that nolva during the cycle will decrease gains...any personal experience with this?

Yes, I beleive that it did decrease gains. So I stopped.

arimidex is more effective at stopping estrogenic side effects and will not hurt gains.
