Nolva during cycle.....

I've heard that nolva during a cycle (not PCT) can reduce the effectiveness of your gear...........true or false??

Just want to be sure.

False.

Some say yes, some say no. I've done both, and couldn't tell any difference. Unless you get sides from what your running, just keep the nolva on hand.

The great thing about nolvadex is that you get the positive benefits of estrogen being present ( better cholesterol, better protein synthesis) without having to worry about gyno. Anti aromatases can limit your gains in the fact that you lose these benefits, but nolvadex alone will not.

true. Nolva makes you hold less water and water help you gain in muscle and strength , even thou you loose water after it has positive effekt.
And also nolva lower your IGF 1 levels.
But there are many good thing about it to. but to answer the guys quistion..

Nolvadex will reduce the amount of weight you will gain as it helps prevent water retention and estrogen build up which can cause fat gain.
Although it wont prevent muscle growth which is what im looking for anyway i guess it could limit strength gains as holding a little water lubricates your joints thus helps improve strength.
Bottom line depends on what your goals are if they are more strength, powerlifting than bodybuilding then having a little estrogen in your system all be it controlled could help.
