Is TESTOSTERONE ENANTHATE really all that?

I've been doing my research about test e , deca, and sust for a while now (to see what's better for a first cycle), but I'm confused a bit.

The reason why is because the "Steroid Effectiveness Chart"http://www.steroid.com/effect.php on steroid.com shows that the keep gains of test e to be at 1 star, and sust at 2 stars, and deca at a whopping 4 stars.

Why is everyone suggesting a first-time cycle of 500mg/week test-e (with PCT), when the keep gains are not good at all? Or is this chart simply not accurate?

Some clarrification relating to that chart would be of great appreciation. :scratch:

I think them charts are outdated, and new ones should be made on a avarage of people's opinion's. Either that or a group of really smart bro's, me not being on of them :D

charts are outdated.. and enanthate blood levels are much easier to keep stable then sust or prop or susp etc... enan or cyp is the best out there in my opinion

the more stable the blood levels= the more gains

Enanthate is what i use 99% of the time.

It's a lot easier on you injection wise since you can run 500-1000mg a week in very few shots, as opposed to prop and suspension.

and remember bro, DECA is not meant to be ran alone, ever

To better answer your question...

Deca will infact actually help you grow better than Test E will. Running Deca alone would cause many unwanted side effects... but if you run the combo of Test and Deca together, you'll get the best of both worlds.

I dont think Test should be at 1 star, but its very easy to lose most, if not all your gains if you dont have proper PCT and motivation... but that goes with all gear.

I keep roughly 85-90% of my gains on test, with proper PCT, diet, training, etc etc. The other 10-15% is usually strength

TEST E is the king of mass steroids in my book.

I'm sure others would agree with that.

it sbecuse the levels need to be stable and with sust you need to go on EOD injectionn and one amp is often 250mg and that would be 875 mg / W . That my friend is a bit to much for a first cyckle.
With test E you can go with a lower dose and keep your blood levels in place..(almost ;) )

BTW that list IS outdated as the bros says...

Test E is great but I grew up on Cyp and Sust250. The funny thing is even after years of dong cycles I did a simple Test E cycle and I got some of the best results of my life from it.

EastCoaster did a good job explaining why you should use test with deca but with me (someone who puts on fat and bloat easily) I like to run prop with it to keep me lean and all that jazz.

Its the only test Ive used but its great
