otc for joints?? help please
anyone know of any good over the counter supplements for joints that really work? i am taking anadrol with my cycle,but i want something extra that works good.

the only thing that will help u at this point is adequan, but u can't get that without a prescription, oh and a horse!

IF you can get some Celebrex, use it. If not, Glucosamine.

Glucosamine 500/ chondriatin 400.
Generic cost $20 for 100 pills or there abouts. Go to your local drug store and look at the ostreo biflex, look at the active ingredients (think I have them right above) and buy the generic stuff.
Sh*t works.

Glucosamine is great. It takes a while for it to build up enough to feel it but it works great.
