Hey guys its been a long time since my last post, I became a father 1 year ago and since then my work outs have been nonexistant and I have not touched juice for 16 months, but now I want to get back to my old self again. Should I train naturally for a while before my first cycle or should I try to get back in the swing of things as soon as possible by starting a mass cycle. All input is appreciated. Thanks.. PYRAMID1.
