    dnp breaks...

    How long should I wait after I end a DNP cycle to start a new one? I was thinking as long as the cycle was, but not sure. Thanks for the input!

    It depends on the amount that was used.... IMO I feel 3-4 weeks is good... This way your body gets use to the weight that was lost... But technically once the drug is completely gone is when you can start it again. I just feel its better to wait longer than to use it too close togeher
