t3 cycyling

i am a t3 user and i have always gone with cycleons formula for dosing.5%/40%/55%. tho ive seen threads on here where people are using different ways of dosing.is cycleons thread out of date or what .id like more info on how and why other dosing formulas are used for t3.i just started today with ARR t3.using my usual dosing formula.
