I have been out of my workout program for a year and a half now because of the birth of my son, I also have not touched juice in this long. Now I am ready to get back to my old self. Should I start a mass cycle right away when I begin my training program or should I train naturally for a while. All input is appreciated. Thanks.. PYRAMID1..

Train naturally to get a good base back, otherwise you could get injured.

yes i agree with bdtr. you need to train naturally for while to get back in the groove. You will be weak at first, compared to what you were before , but your strength will come back fast.
