relax, the second number is the most important in termn of dangerosity and you are fine, actually you are top shape for the 79, just the first number is quite high.

take the pressure again at rest

Most steroids will increase BP, but it goes back to normal after the cycle.

Not sure on the levels bro, but, higher BP is to be expected while on gear....

The National Institutes of Health recently released revised guidelines for "normal" blood pressure, "prehypertension," and hypertension.

Normal blood pressure is 119/79 or below.
    Prehypertension is 120/80 to 139/89.
Stage 1 (moderate) hypertension is 140/90 to 159/99.
Stage 2 (severe) hypertension is 160/100 or higher.

-Use salt moderately. Too much salt in the diet can be a problem for some people who have high blood pressure.

-Make sure you get enough potassium, calcium, and magnesium in your diet. Eating plenty of fruits (such as bananas and oranges), vegetables, legumes, and low-fat dairy products will ensure that you get enough of these minerals.

-Reduce the saturated fat in your diet. Saturated fat is found in animal products (milk, cheese, and meat). Limiting these foods will help you lose weight, lower cholesterol.

    -Stop smoking if you do.

Also, using Magnesium, and Co Q 10 will get that blood pressure down.
