Can you break up scar tissue
Hey, just wondering is there any way to help break up scar tissue. My shoulders seem to be getting pretty bad as far as getting the needle through anymore. I used them mainly for my first two cycles and now i wish i would have switched it up more. Now im goin delts, quads, tri's, chest, tried bi's but i keep hitting nerves or something dont like it. Just wondering if there was anyway to help my shoulders recover so that I could continue shooting in them.

Yes but it is a different kind of scar tissue.
My friend is a physical therapist and she says that is mainly lactic acid build up that was never removed by the blood stream. Not the same as a bunch of damaged tissue that was attacked by oil and ba.

A cross frictional massage is commonly used in order to break up scar tissue by helping the collagen lay down evenly... however this is usually done early on while the collagen fibers are being layed down. So to anwer your question, massage will help prevent further scare tissue but the stuff that's already there is probably there to stay.
