shooting the glute
is it o.k. to shoot the glute twice a week for ten straight weeks? or should i broaden my horizons and hit the pec and quad???
when shootin the quad, should u loosen up the muscle as much as possible (aka not put any pressure on the leg being shot)???

I only recoment hitting the same area once a week. Injection volume will be a factor as well. If more than one cc I would try to rotate your injection spots so that their is a week between shots in any one area.

so if shoot 2 cc's into my right glute i shouldnt shoot 2 more cc's into my left glute later in the week? or should i do that then the next week use each pec???
where should i shoot 4 cc's each week? two cc's on sunday and two on weds or thurs??? i have 1.5 inch pins... should i just do glute glute week one pec pec week two??? then rotate???
also, i read that u shouldnt put more than 1cc into the pec at a time... is this true????

Just rotate from glutes,delts and thighs pin them both and save putting large amount in one site....

thats what i do, just rotate from left glute to right glute.
