    250mg/week Test E Really enough to do anything?

    Just seemed like a very little amount when I shot it up the other day. Should I really expect much increase? - TEST E -

    u won't feel it til about week 3 or 4. u produce roughly 70mg/week so u're injecting 4 times the amount. u can go twice a week for a total of 500mg.

    u will defintly see gains off 250 because its more than ur body produces naturaly but i would go for 500mg a week. 2 shots a week 250mg each

    250mgs will work. 500mgs will work 2x as well.

    I'd reccommend 500/wk, but I know plenty of people who gained 25 lbs on their first cycle with 250/wk. But if you can afford it, go 500.

    I've seen some people do well on 250mg, 15lbs or so is pretty average, close to 30 is about average for 500mg. I'd get more if I were you bro but thats just me, I'm maintaining right now on 250mg /week, I wouldn't use that amount for much more personally.

    I started out at 250 mg/week but on the recommendation of some ppl on here i upped it to 500 and im now on week 4 and i'm glad i listened.
