Neither. You dont want to increase your RBC count too high for too long with EQ and if you do a year long cycle of Deca, then be prepared to be on HRT for life, cus it could happen.
Test is the only thing people should really stay on year long, if they decide their ready. Other compounds should be used, but for shorter periods of time within the year.
bad idea! especially deca, wut were u thinkin of running with it? i wouldnt run deca over 15weeks and even that is pretty long. JMO
Personally I wouldnt run it anywhere close to that, But Im Im interested to what people actually run for longer periods of time? Test alone? basically a roid with the least side effects?Quote:
