Whatcha guys think???
after reading and reading and reading here is what i have come up with for a novice cycle (1st time).
week 1-12 500mg test/E (galinka) (split into 2 shots a week)
week 1-4 50mg Dbol ED
week 1-12 20mg of Nolva
week 14-16 Clomid
day 1 300mg
day 2-11 100mg ed
day 12-21 50 mg ed
diet consists of maximum protein and minimal carb/fat intake..
what yall think??

Lower d-bol to 30-40 mg ed everything else looks good bro.

1 more thing your gonna need a lot of carbs too dont lower them to much bro.

great i figured that 50 mg was kinda high but it differs with diff peeps... thanks guys ill lower it to like 35 or 40 ....gotcha!!

i'd run the Pct for 21 days at least
and i'd lower the Nolva on cycle to 10mg ED

Just re-read and saw that you have
clomid weeks 14-16 (i.e. 2 weeks)..yet still in the dosage split you have it set out for 21 days.
All in all..it's a standard first cycle

whys that narkissos? i can see running the clomid 21 days but how will running 10 mg of nolv differ from 20 mg of nolva..and isnt the PCT primarily for sides and maintainging your gain.. Correct me if im wrong im just a newb that dont wanna F*** myself up ....again thanks for all your help bros

hmm , if u feel 40mg its not in enough then you have to increase to 50mg why brothe ?
personally wont do that just hit it hard 50mg i think its a average dose and some more you are 30years old dude 30mg??

gotcha . ive been kinda used to eating low carb so as to loose some fat, jsut gotta get back into eating good quality carbs not BS candy n junk....gotcha guys

Nark. is right i would just run 10mg nolva until Pct. unless you get symptoms of gyno.During PCT i would up to 20mg.

ok ill go with 10 then one more question guys how about throwing some t-3 in the mix for more fat loss?????

Check the t3 post be Mallet... but t3 in the mix is a great idea..if you use correctly
12.5 mcg tru-out a cycle... for cycle synergy i.e. leaner gains
at a higher dosage for fat-loss
Test&t3... if i were gonna make the cycle more complete..it'd be test t3 gh and slin
Not a noob cycle obviously...but what i'd be running right now if i were on.

so say i wanna run it with my test/e the only reason id want to take it would be to loose some fat so then i would need to take a higher dose like say 20mcg a day ??
