First tri shot today hurt like a beeeeeeyatch
Yea, buddy shot the back of my arm, in the tricep, 23g 1" needle. I think the main problem was i involuntarily flexed when the needle penetrated. It hurt like hell goin in, and just felt totally uncomfortable while he was shooting. It doesnt hurt right now, but im not lookin forward to tommorrow........
I dont think ill be doin tris any more

I love tricepts. the odd time I move a little and get a bit of a sting, but
never any pain the next day......unless I use prop..lol
just try and have a steady hand

It is much easier on you to hit the tri from the side than it is from the back. I ran IGF in the back, and it hurt like hell. I can run 100mg TNE in oil in my tri from the side with no pain. I hit the front of the horse shoe, and above the front of the horse shoe.

When I inject in the tris, I hit the side and it barely ever hurts, just a little sore the next day.

Tried the tri's before didn't have many problems except for once a lump on the side tri because didnt inject deep enough, i dont do it any more just stick to the glutes, delts, thighs and biceps..what ever is comfortable stick with it!!

I use 25G's for my tri's. First time i got a bruse after the injection, looked like i had been in a fight, must have damaged a vein.
Marcus300 - I always get a lump after injectin in my tri, its a small muscle.

Rotating sites saves scar tissue, and it simply makes sense.

Also, does anyone use 5/8 inch for tricep/bicep/delts?
