people typically cut their injections with B12. It cuts down on the pain, but of course increases injection volume. The whole point of buying higher concentration gear is to cut down on volume... so the whole process is pretty counterproductive.
Steril oil will cut down on injection pain but as D-M said the shot volume will be doubled. Might as well go with the standard 250mg/ml test if you have to cut 400mg/ml geat to make it tollerable.
