using the eq to shed off some water wait can't get hold of winnie right now.
i've ran em both together b4 and like the results, i dunno why everyone says they're the same?? tell me how u figure they r.Quote:

There are some vets that have used an EQ and Deca combo with excellent results. I believe SuperChicken at MM is one of them. EQ and deca are by no means the same.
when i dont get enough sleep my whole lower body achs... just make sure you get enough sleep.. i notice drinking alot of water helps, try taking some zma at night... i get a great night sleep with it. glucosamine with condritant is great for your joints try taking a couple of those aday.....
