    T3 no bs allowed

    does anyone have a no bs answer on how to take or dose T3 . i have done alot of research and everyone takes it different. i just got some in, 25mcg tabs. and am 2 weeks into a 12 week test E and EQ with winny the last 5 weeks. i am thinking of running the t3 and maybe clen in about 2 weeks. has anyone used this combo and had good results. let me know what dose and times that ishould take the t3 especially. my BMT in the morn has been between 96.5 and 96.8. this seems pretty low to me. soneone please help.

    I Think He Cycles It 7 Days On 5 Days Off

    mallet knows his stuff:

    Day 1: 100 mcg
    Day 2: 180 mcg
    Day 3: 180 mcg
    Day 4: 180 mcg
    Day 5: 180 mcg
    Day 6: 180 mcg
    Day 7: 180 mcg
    Day 8: 100 mcg


    5 days off, then repeat

    That's not how mallet cycles T3..... his looks more like this:



    Day 1: 200mcg
    Day 2: 200mcg
    Day 3: 200mcg
    Day 4: 200mcg
    Day 5: 200mcg
    Day 6: 100mcg
    Day 7: 50mcg


    Off for 5 days then repeat.

    W/ clen in the mix as well. Good luck, you might not want to start off with 200mcg if this is your first time, but you get the gist of how you should run it. Highest dose for 5 days, then half, then half of half.

    Make sure you read up on Thryoid PCT and the supplements you should use during and after T3 useage.

    i dunno i had this one saved from a while ago, it says mallets but.....

    sooner, thanks man . im going to read all of tis tomorrow. ive got two tests that ive got to study for . alot of that ive seen , but it never hurts to read it again. if anyone has had good luck with clen and T3 while on aas let me know. thanks detail please
