Looks like 2 to me. 2 is very good to me.
It looks like 2 to me as well.............. I have only injected in the side of my quads..... I have almost no pain when doing the injection there.
I have 1 and a half inch pins... so i figure go in about 1 inch or roughfly 3/4ths of the pin length?
Oh, and should I inject into number 2 or what do you guy's think?
Only go in a inch............... Yes, inject into the side of the quad (#2)Quote:

Go straight in, not at an angle.
Straight in as if I'm looking down at my leg... or better yet as in if I just dropped the pin straight down?
You're starting to confuse me.
Well, the leg is circular so straight in like they show on spotinjections.com is really perpindicular... aka 90 degree's
do that
Straight in as if your leg was a cylinder, and the needle goes in perpendicular to the surface of the cylinder. But you should inject a little to the outside (about 2" to 3") of the quad. If you go directly in the middle as you are looking down at it, you might hit the nerve. I hit my nerve once and my leg had a big twich. Almost like the doctor hit my knee with one of those hammers. And it felt like a shock.
#2. I always do like that, coming halfway between the top n the side. Direct needle toward center of thigh. This always works for me. 1 in. should be good. My legs are skinny as hell n I can bury that
i always go in perpendicular to the surface
I just hang my hands to my sides and where my palms touch my thighs is where I go in......Nver a problem.....Had more pain when I went lower and towards the middle...
Follow number 2 and you should be fine
