halo and var before show

I know some people like to use halo or var 4 to 6 weeks prior to a show to harden up, get strengh.... I was wondering if it would be a good idea to run them both let's say 4 weeks out( halo @ 20 mgs daily and var @ 30 mgs daily) or if you should either use one or the other.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

At those doses, I'd say you could run them both - be sure to use liver protectants though... but if it were me, I'd just run the Var but bump it up to 60-80mg.

word.. ;halo didn't give me what i was looking for and i ran it with var..

so the var at 50-60mg/day 6 weeks would be good..
