    Gear recommendation

    what gear would be recommended for 5'11 220lb 20%bf or whats the best gear for diffrent cycles (cutting or bulking)

    I guess I'd rather have more bf% which I intend to turn in to muscle, quickly, which is easier or more likely than being the skinny dude who can't make gains, is that agreeable?

    OMG he did not just say hes gonna turn his fat into muscle..lol. Bro do this...continue to lift hard and heavy and get your diet in check. Check out Swole Cats website..theres a link in his box above..get on his program..and also read the diet forums on this board...then you should be good to go after that.

    bro your 20 percent body fat i'd start out with a cutter. I am assume money isn't an issue. Go with some Test prop, tren , and eq....make sure u do cardio daily and eat VERY clean. You will be a lean monster and love you aas so much you will never wanna stop
