to rub or not to rub

I was wondering if you guys rub after you inject to help it spread around?
What are the advantages of rubbing or not rubbing?

How long should me ass hurt after injecting 250mg 1cc of test e.?
first shot of the cycle.

After taking a cycle for a while, do the injections start to hurt less and less?

Glute injections used to be slightly sore the next day for me with test e. I recently started rubbing them a lot after the shot, for like a solid 5 minutes, and now they dont get sore at all.......

At first just put pressure with the alcohol swab.

Then you can rub it if you want. Specially if your into rubbing things.

Rubbing after your injection supposebly???? helps the juice stay inside the muscle and everything intact? also, its helps with sorness the next day. I still seem to be sore as hell after certain shots as I do all this.

my test prop and tren shots hurt like a bitch every time regardless of where i stick. shoulders and tris are the worst

I rub it everytime i shoot my test, feels good...haha....plus u dont get that sore.

I'm running test e and i rub it for a good 5 minutes after i take the shot, it seems to keep from getting a lump and it doesnt get sore. If u can, sit on a heating pad for a little while after u take it and u definately shouldnt get any pain.

I rub after my injection and I always thought it was good to prevent scar tissue...

Rubbing helps if you tend to get lumps and stuff...As far as pain, first couple injections will hurt then the body adjusts to most types of gear....Some will always hurt like prop/susp/tren /winny just some more than others....It depends on where you inject, if you get too close to a nerve youll know it...Quads always hurt but more like a tightening of the muscle.....

I always heat my injects before i shoot. I usually massage the site for about 5 min after.

Same here, when I don't massage the site, I'm in a lot of pain after. Especially with the amount of injection scar tissue I have.

You make it sound like you do this often... according to your other thread you just gave yourself your first shot... Read bdtrs thread about giving advice...

whoa bro, man wtf why is every1 acusing me of being 17??? I think it's because I was trying to make a funny thread in the lounge and they thought that my way of picking up girls would only work on 17 year olds... I repeat it for the billionth time IM NOT 17... IF I WAS I WOULDN'T BE ON JUICE... also I have read in quite a few different places that massaging the injection site after injection will help prevent scar tisue, just because I have only done 1 injection and tomarrow will be the 2nd doesn't mean I dont have any knowledge...
