pre-contest cycle
Hey guys. Read alto of post here and I'm asking for some recommendations for a pre-contest cycle. I've never used roids before I know a bit about them. The show is in June so I'm about 15 weeks out. So any suggestions would be GREAT. Thanks. Awsome site

man put together a cycle that u'd like to run then let people change what they think should be run

I mean read around the site and see what other people have done then think of dosses etc. man
and yeah a book would be good but u can learn lots from this site too

No offense, but are you sure you are really ready to compete, you also seem to have very limited info as well.
Give yourself a few more years of solid training

You're actually trying to LOSE muscle? Because that's what those percentages equate to. At 210 15% BF, you're carrying 31 and a half pounds of fat on your entire body, but you're trying to lose 45 lbs total?
You trying to drop a weight class or something?

wow, first time on gear and you want to give your first round at it w/ doing your first show??? you aren't doing the collegiate in Pasadena r u??? i think your timing is off bro, no offense, but what like thhe other bros have said, stick around and learn more about it before you bomb on stage....
