i wouldnt add deca and i would bump the doses up, do 75mg/prop ad 40-50mg/var. and maybe do var for 6 weeks.

done 2 cycles before don't know my BF%
dont add deca to that cycle... var needs to be run atleast 6 weeks, 8 being best.

Why not add deca to the cycle? What's the rationale behind? If you'd want to add, then 400mg EW starting week 1 to 7. Basically 3 weeks before the last shot of prop.
The only reason why some guys suggest not to add that I can think off is the length of your cycle since by the time Deca kicks in, it'll be week 4-5. Then it gets to work for 3-4 weeks only. Your call basically, but preferably you can extend the cycle to 12 weeks. Deca will also make you hold some water, where the prop and var itself probably not very noticeable.
If you are bulking, do 75mg/prop and 50mg/var for 8 weeks and you'll love the results.
