I guess its really a matter of opinion bro, some will say a.m. after you wake, some will say before you work out, some say after you work out. I personally believe it doesnt really matter. Personally, I work out in the p.m., so I usually shoot in the a.m. after my morning hot shower, muscle is usually pretty losse, and I put hot water on the site to loosen it up, all in all, I think its just comes down to convenience and preference.

I inject after a shower. Makes it easier to push the pin through when skin is softened up. IMO shots before a workout seem to help keep soreness to a minimum.
