Im not down with the lingo and stuff so you guys abbvs confuse me.
i want more speed than size.lean musacle
im 5'7 180lb.
and would like to try eq/anavar/winny/testprop
a combo of some of those.
im just not sure how much and how often or long.
please help

I felt much more in shape and athletic on test/eq cycle. If you dont have much experience pick test and one other. Any of those combos will keep you lean and hopefully more agile if you have diet and training down. Give us cycle history, if any, and we will be able to help you better w/ dosages and length.

Winny may not be the drug for you as it dries joints...and causes problems for many... specially with that knee. If I had to choose between those...
week1-10:400mgs eq
week1-12 500mgs test
*pct(clomid, nolva, have any of these?)
