    Please help newbie start!

    Hello everyone this is my first post. I am a 23 year old male, 6'2 about 180lbs. I want to start taking the juice, but want to know what is the best start for great gains, but without having to inject. I just am not a fan of needles. So basically i am looking for a good gainer oral only. Thanks so much.

    Cant ask for sources... edit that part out.

    There is no such thing as a "Good Oral" only cycle.

    Sounds like you can gain a lot more naturally without the use of AAS. Do you have an anti e and PCT planned? Why no test?

    so there is really no oral only cycle then. I dont really have anything planned as of yet. I have been working out with only creatine. I just have read so much about roids for gains that i am interested. I just HATE needles. I was just looking for some good advice.

    needles are smaller than u think, i didnt like any oral cycle i did, and wouldnt recommend one

    Creatines Sucks ASS and it's bad for you...I hated needles when i first started but after the first week you learn not to hate them anymore...and after the first cycle they don't bother you at all!!

    It's not as bad as you would think. The first time it's a little scary, but after that you'll start looking forward to it.

    its easier than u think, i have done an oral winny cycle and an oral d bol cycle, imo, just train hard, and eat, there is no sense for you to put a lot of added stress on your body for little gains, plus you dont want to waste your money

    so its just in the ass right? I might be able to handle it. can you work out less with it or do have to do the same amount just higher weights?

    Post up your diet and workout in the appropriate forums for critique... my suspicion is that there is a flaw in one or both of those, and you can still gain 20 pounds naturally fairly easy.

    i understand workout harder at that time but do you have to work out on a more regular basis is what i mean. I usually workout about 3 times a week, but do alot of heavy lifting on a daily basis because of my job in construction.

    about the eating thing, i am eating alot. When i started my job in construction i was about 210 and am now 180 but have been eating the same.

    also another question everyone....i know i cant ask about sources this site certainly makes that clear, but in general are there safe sites on the net or is by person the only way to go.

    Good luck man. I know it's hard to hold off. But you will most likely not be satisfied with the gains if you cycle right now. You body is not used to the muscle mass you will put on, and most likely you would lose the majority of gains. And if your diet is not impeccable right now, chances are the gains will be sh!tty anyway. That's what happened to me. I only wish I found this place earlier.

    If you can't gain muscle, either your diet or training is off.

    Everyone has a certain calorie amount that is their maintenance level. If they go above it they gain weight, if they go below it they lose weight. This rule applies to hardgainers as well. It is also dependant on activity level, so when you started construction your body needed more calories to fuel the extra activity, and since you said you're eating the same, you lost weight. The kind of weight (muscle or fat) is dependant on the macronutreint breakdown of the foods you eat (Protein, fats, carbs.) You obviously are not eating over your maintenance level of calories if you cannot gain weight. Simple biology.

    Eat more. Keep track of how many grams of protein/fat/carbs you eat at what times every day. If you don't know how many grams of each are in a certain kind of food, check out www.fitday.com they have a huge database of food types. Then you can calculate your total daily caloric intake.

    1g protein = 4 calories
    1g carbs = 4 calories
    1g fat = 9 calories

    Go above that number by 500-1000 and you should start gaining.


    Also post up your training regimen. Exercises, sets, reps, days, everything. Do you do squats and deadlifts? These 2 exercises are the best for total body growth and releasing the most natural GH and testosterone .

    Last, but certainly not least, if your diet and training is lacking right now, steroids aren't going to $HIT for you except shrink your nuts. Anabolic steroids grow muscle by increasing protein synthesis so your body can make muscle tissue faster. If the protein (and other calories) aren't there to begin with, where is the muscle going to come from? You can't build a house without bricks.

    Not enough protein to synthesize=no growth.

    Consistency is so right, my first cycle was a waste of money. Bro you need to resarch like crazy,and this is a great place to do it. I tell you one thing is for sure you have to work out a lot harder when your on gear as well you have to eat a *uck of a lot more, then there is the issue of sleep. Research bro it is your best option, good luck.
